Parties and Acceptance

These Terms of Service ("Terms") are an agreement between you and HighFly LLC ("Cash Cow Apps," "we," "us"), a company operating from the United States. By installing or using our app, or by using our website (the "Site"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use our app or the Site.

Use of the App

You must use our app in compliance with the terms of the Wix platform and with all applicable laws. You are responsible for your store and for how you use our tools. We do not control your store content, operations, or your customers' actions.

Revenue Caps and Plan Limits

Each pricing plan (Basic, Starter, Growth, Pro) includes a monthly revenue cap that applies to bundle-generated sales. If you exceed your plan's revenue limit, you may be required to upgrade to continue using bundle features for that billing period. We track bundle revenue using Wix's native order data. You are responsible for selecting an appropriate plan for your expected sales volume.

30-Day Money-Back Guarantee

For paid subscriptions, if you request a refund within the first 30 days of a subscription period, we will process a full refund. Each new subscription or renewal starts a new 30-day window (for example, if you cancel and later resubscribe, the new subscription has its own 30-day guarantee). To request a refund, contact us at support@cashcowapps.com within 30 days of the start of the subscription period. Refund requests are processed within 3 business days, and it may take up to 20 business days for the refunded amount to appear in your account.

Disclaimer and Limitation of Liability

Sales and results.

We are not liable for your store's sales, revenue, or business outcomes. Our app is a tool; we do not guarantee increased conversions, average order value, or profits. You use our app at your own risk.

As-is.

Our app and the Site are provided "as is" and "as available" to the fullest extent permitted by law. We disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

Limitation of liability.

To the maximum extent permitted by law, HighFly LLC and its affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of profits, data, or goodwill. Our total liability for any claims arising from or related to these Terms or your use of our app or the Site shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the twelve (12) months preceding the claim.

Subscription and Payment

Billing is processed through the Wix App Market. Fees are as shown at purchase. Subscriptions may renew automatically unless you cancel according to Wix's rules. We may change pricing or plans for new customers at any time, subject to Wix's policies. Refunds are handled according to our 30-day money-back guarantee above.

Data and Integration

Cash Cow integrates with your Wix store to display bundle widgets and apply discount rules. We access product data, pricing information, and order data necessary to operate the bundle functionality. We use Wix's native APIs and do not store sensitive customer payment information. Your data usage is also governed by Wix's terms and our Privacy Policy.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to our app or the Site for breach of these Terms, misuse, or for any other reason we deem necessary. You may stop using our app and cancel your subscription at any time through the Wix App Market. Sections that by their nature should survive (including disclaimer, limitation of liability, and governing law) will survive termination.

Intellectual Property and Ownership

Our app, the Site, and all content and technology we provide are owned by HighFly LLC (or our licensors). These Terms do not grant you any ownership or license to our intellectual property except the limited right to use our app and the Site as described herein. You retain all rights to your store content and data.

Prohibited Uses

You may not use Cash Cow to:

  • Violate any laws or regulations
  • Infringe on intellectual property rights of others
  • Distribute malware or harmful code
  • Attempt to circumvent revenue caps or abuse the service
  • Resell or redistribute the app without authorization
  • Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in the Commonwealth of Virginia.

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will post the revised Terms on this page and update the "Last updated" date. Your continued use of our app or the Site after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree, you must stop using our app and the Site.
